We are helping landlords to select suitable tenants for their properties and preventing the recycling of "bad" tenants who cause property destruction, flee without paying their rent, owe money for utilities/court & fees, etc...
You want to protect your investment and you've made the decision that YOU want to help stop "bad" tenants from being recycled. This is how it works:
1. Property managers/landlords report tenants to us who will fall into three (3) categories: "Good Standing", "Not Good Standing" & "Proceed with Caution".
2.With your annual payment of $50, you will receive emails when new names added to the file by landlords/property managers.
As a bonus, landlords who want to add their tenant's names to the list to help your fellow landlord, your annual fee will be $25! You must submit the following information to The Renter's List Maryland:
Your name, the name of the tenant(s), approximate date of move in, what category does the tenant qualify for and why. Please provide supporting evidence of your claim (court documents, complaints, ledgers of money due, pictures of destruction of property, etc...)
Please Note: Landlords/property managers, you must have at least five (5) tenants with supporting information/documents within five (5)years to qualify for the $25 bonus.
