How Does This Work??


You want to protect your investment and you've made the decision that YOU want to help stop "bad" tenants from being recycled. This is how it works:

1. Property managers/landlords report tenants to us who will fall into three (3) categories: "Good Standing", "Not Good Standing" &  "Proceed with Caution".

2.With your annual payment of $50, you will receive texts/emails when  new names added to the file. 

As a bonus, landlords who want to add their tenant's names to the list to help your fellow landlords, your annual fee will be $25! You must submit the following information to The Renter's List Maryland:

1.Your name 

2.The name of the tenant(s)

3.Approximate date of move in, 

4. What category does the tenant qualify for and why (Good Standing, Not Good Standing &  Proceed with Caution).

5. If you have supporting evidence of your claim (court documents, complaints, ledgers of money due, pictures of destruction of property, etc...) please submit it.

6. To get the updated list, send your annual fee of $25 with at least 5 tenants not to rent to OR send $50 to receive the list. Send payment to $melonihb OR Zelle using phone number 443-790-6303.

After your first listing, updates are sent our every SUNDAY.

Please Note: Landlords/property owners, you must have at least five (5) tenants with supporting information/documents within five (5)years to qualify for the $25 bonus.
